Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Sri Yoga & Wellbeing Academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Course Registration & Payment

• Course fees must be paid in full or as per the agreed payment schedule before the start of the program.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice for future enrollments.
• A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your place in certain programs.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 30+ days before course start: 80% refund
• Cancellations made 15-29 days before course start: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before course start: No refund
• Course transfers to future dates may be arranged subject to availability.

Health & Safety

By participating in our yoga programs, you acknowledge that:

• Yoga involves physical activity and you participate at your own risk.
• You should consult a physician before beginning any exercise program.
• You must disclose any health conditions or injuries to your instructor.
• The academy is not liable for any injury sustained during practice.

Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to:

• Respect teachers, staff, and fellow practitioners
• Maintain cleanliness in all shared spaces
• Abstain from alcohol, tobacco, and non-prescribed substances on premises
• Follow the schedule and guidelines of the program
• Honor the sacred nature of yogic practices

Intellectual Property

All course materials, including manuals, videos, and audio recordings, are the intellectual property of Sri Yoga & Wellbeing Academy. Reproduction, distribution, or sharing of these materials without written permission is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Sri Yoga & Wellbeing Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
